The new "Detroit: Motor City to Chow Town" finds host Josh Denny in the titular Michigan metropolis, where he heads to Stache International, home of the Big Dawg: three pounds of house-smoked bologna in a two-foot long bun, topped with cheese, caramelized onions and bacon. Also on his culinary itinerary: The Punisher at Garrido’s Bistro and Pastry, a hubcap-sized arepa stuffed with 15 pounds of pulled beef, chicken, avocado, plantains and cheese.
