In the new episode "Smokey Mountain Majesty," co-hosts Damaris Phillips and Rutledge Wood find themselves in Knoxville, Tenn., a college town filled with eateries that place a priority on using fresh ingredients. A down-home "meat-and-three" diner called the Lunch House delights customers with fare that includes a meatloaf as good as the one Grandma used to make. A drive into the nearby mountains turns up such country pleasures as homemade ham-and-jam biscuits, spicy pickles and pork belly served with two poached eggs on top.
