He’s best-known to millions for his deadpan movie work as Gomez Addams in "The Addams Family" and its sequel "Addams Family Values," but Broadway playgoers knew Raul Julia as a rising superstar of the American theater. In the new "Raul Julia: The World’s a Stage," Ben DeJesus offers a warm and insightful portrait of the Puerto Rico-born thespian, who was only 54 when he died following a 1994 stroke. Interviews include such colleagues as Anjelica Huston, Rita Moreno, Edward James Olmos and James Earl Jones.
