In a new episode, host Andrew Zimmern explores the classic comfort foods as well as more modern recipes of Porto, Portugal, known as the 'City of Bridges" for reasons any visitor immediately understands. His expansive culinary itinerary during his stay includes sampling dried, salty cod baked into a creamy casserole, white bean and tripe stew, octopus rice and, of course, Port wine.
