Mr. A & Mr. M: The Story of A&M Records

EPIX | 10:00 pm

This two-part documentary, which concludes Dec. 12, in the same time period, takes a deep dive into the history and legacy of A&M Records, one of the most celebrated labels in recorded music history. The primary focus, fittingly enough, is on the A-list artists and noteworthy music that Herb Alpert and Jerry Moss oversaw at their company. One-time A&M artists Sheryl Crow, Yusuf/Cat Stevens and Peter Frampton are among the interviewees; featured artists include The Police, The Go-Gos, The Carpenters, Carole King and Joe Cocker, among others.
